The short version: you own your photos and your posts, nothing goes out without your OK unless you ask for that, and you can cancel any month.
Who we are
Luvaron is run by Tertiair LLC, a Michigan company. "We" and "us" on this page mean Tertiair LLC.
Who can use Luvaron
Luvaron is for businesses. You need to be 18 or older and allowed to act for the shop you sign up.
What we do
We turn photos of your work into social media posts in your shop's style, post the ones you approve to the Instagram account you connect, and send you a weekly recap.
Your 3 free posts
New shops get 3 posts free, with no card needed. If you want more, start Essentials, our paid plan. If you don't, nothing else happens.
Plans and canceling
Paid plans are billed monthly. There's no contract and no setup fee. Cancel from your account any time, and you won't be charged again. If we raise your price, we'll email you at least 30 days before your first bill at the new price, so you can cancel first. Payments aren't refundable, but if something seems unfair, like canceling right after a renewal without using it, write to us and we may refund it.
Your photos and posts
You keep ownership of every photo you upload, and the posts we make for you are yours to use however you like, even after you cancel. You give us permission to use your photos to make and post your content. Only upload photos you have the right to use. We never show your posts as examples of our work without asking you first.
Posts are made with AI
We use AI to help pick photos, write words and lay out your posts. It can get things wrong, so look over each post before you approve it. We only say what your photos show or what you've told us, and you can change any post before it goes out.
Approving posts
You decide what goes out. If you pick "Post it for me", new posts go out on schedule without a tap from you, and you can skip any of them or turn it off at any time. You're responsible for what's posted to your accounts.
Your Instagram
When you connect Instagram, we post only what you approve (or, with "Post it for me", what's scheduled), at the time you chose. Instagram's own terms apply to your account. We aren't responsible if Instagram limits your account, removes a post or changes how it works. You can disconnect any time in Settings.
What we won't post
We won't make or post anything illegal, misleading or hateful, and we can close an account that asks us to.
No promises about results
We work hard to make posts that bring in customers, but we can't promise a set number of views, calls or sales.
If something goes wrong
If we make a mistake, we'll fix it. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in Settings. We can close an account that breaks these terms.
Michigan law
These terms follow Michigan law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Michigan.
Changes
If we make a big change to these terms, we'll show a notice in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Small fixes, like clearer wording, just update the date at the top.
